Karen is passionate about health and fitness, and sharing the benefits of an active lifestyle. Her journey into fitness became extra important for her at a time when she was struggling to maintain her weight. This experience led her to take control of the situation through creating herself a dedicated fitness regime and addressing her dietary needs.
Based on her own personal successes, Karen then became inspired to become a qualified personal trainer and to begin helping others in a similar situation as she once was.
